Can I
cancel my membership at anytime?
Yes. Your
recurring billing can be cancelled at any time through our member
support center or through your PayPal account. Look for
"Subscriptions", select it and click cancel. That is as simple as it
gets.

Vacation Explosion strictly prohibits the
selling of the certificates on all public auction sites, such as
ebay.com, amazon.com, craigslist.com or any other similar sites. If you
are found to be selling certificates on a public auction site, your account will be closed immediately and all monies
owed will be fofeited and all certificates will become invalid.
We reserve the right to close any account at any time, without notice
to you, if our Terms and Member policies are violated,
and/or if the certificate holders (End using customers) are given false
information about the certificate offered by any Affiliate or

Can I resell the
certificates to Consumers (the people using the Certificate)?
Our certificates are to be
used in the promotion of your own business, products and or services.
You can only sell to
ANOTHER BUSINESS ! Never to the "End User" (Consumer)
You are
required to give them away to Consumers for no money exchanged!
The sale of travel related certificates is highly regulated in most states
across the country. You can be fined large amounts or money and/or be
sued by a consumer.
There are certain Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and State Regulation rules to abide by.
Of these rules the following are the most important.
1. Truth
in advertising regulation: You must be truthful in ALL advertising.
Some others in the past have advertised "FREE VACATIONS". This will
get you in serious trouble and you can be sued by a consumer. Never use
"free vacation" in speaking to or advertising to the public. You CAN
use "FREE VACATION CERTIFICATE" or "GREAT VACATION OFFER" as an example.
2. The Travel Trade is government regulated and "Vacation Give Away Certificates" fall under government jurisdiction.
Under regulations it is against their policies and rules to sell the Vacation Give Away Certificates to the "End User".
(End User) ::: is defined as "the person or persons using and actually redeeming the Certificate".
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SELL ANY CERTIFICATE TO AN END USER !
FINES CAN EXCEED $5000 PER INSTANCE !

3. Any
Entity, (You) or any Business, CANNOT charge or receive a fee for any
Certificate given out. They MUST be totally free.
4. Non-Profit
and Fund Raising Organizations such as Churches, Youth Groups, Schools,
Little Leagues, Girl Scouts and etc., ARE EXEMPT from the State
Regulations.
THEY ARE NOT EXEMPT FROM THE TRUTH IN ADVERTISING FTC regulations,
but MAY CAN SELL AT ANY PRICE for their organization's fund raising
effort to the "End User". All Organizations MUST BE CLASSIFIED as
NON-Profit !

Do the certificates
have an expiration date?
Yes, the certificates do have 30 to 60 day expiration dates. We renew
them each month for a full 60 days. We keep the dates on the
Certificates in case someone throws one in a kitchen drawer and expects
to receive the vacation much later, when it is no longer offered. This
saves you and your cutomers later embarrassment. The expiration date
only pertains to redemption or redeeming of the certificate and not the
actual travel dates. Once your
customer redeems the certificate (during
the 30 to 60 day expiration period), they will have at least 12 months
to set their travel date.
Note: You should always
use the freshest dates in your promotions. We load fresh Certificates
to as near the First day of each month as possible (barring acts of

Why is
a 30 to 60
day expiration date on your certificates when other companies sell them
without an expiration date?
This question is best answered with a real live Case
Scenario.
This Scenario happens all the time in the Travel Incentive Industry.
1. You give a
customer a certificate that never expires.
2. Since your customer does not have a sense of urgency to act
on the Certificate any time soon, they toss it in a kitchen drawer.
3. Well 2 to 3 years later, your customer rediscovers
the certificate and then finally decides to act on the amazing offer your company
has promised.
4.
They call the travel agency to redeem the certificate only to find out
that the certificate is no longer valid or the phone number is
disconnected or because the fulfilling travel agency is no longer in
business.
5. With this Scenario guess who has the
egg on their face? Yes, YOUR Business, with YOUR information still valid on
the certificate. What a nice gift, huh? Now you're a liar and cheat.
Even worse, now you have a once satisfied customer talking negatively
about your business and, worst yet, it's not even because of the

because a customer, that loved your business 2 years ago, wants the Las

personalize

Yes you can and most of our customers use a "sticky label".
Each certificate has a blank "Courtesy
Of" area, and you can fill this out with your business name,
website URL and even your phone number. Simply print one out, attach
your sticky and use it
as the master copy and then print as many as you need. Tip: It's
really better to have a lot of stickys available and "Stick 'em as
needed". This saves on printing costs as the stickys never expire like
the Certificates.

What types
of hotels
are offered?
The quality hotelsls range from 2-3 stars and are in the
same class of hotels like Hyatt, Westin, Radisson, Holiday Inn, Best
Western, Quality Inn, Marriott, Wyndham and Sheraton. The offer
is based on availability, so the hotel the person receives depends upon
which hotel is available for the travel dates chosen.
As an Example,The Las Certificate offers 3 days, 2 nights hotel
accommodations for two adults in Las Vegas. You will receive a
reservation form to specify the dates you wish to travel and then send
in the form to the fulfillment center to have your dates booked. Then a
written confirmation letter will then be sent to you to confirm your
arrival date and hotel accommodations. Hotel room taxes are
approximately $7 to $12 per night.
Again, you cannot pick the hotel, as the hotel you receive depends upon
which hotel is available for the travel dates you choose. You will
receive accommodations at a quality hotel similar as above either on

Do my customer have
to purchase airfare or attend any
timeshare sales presentation?
NO !
No Gimmicks or presentations.
Your customers are Our Customers also and
we would not ever want any Customer to be required to attend any
timeshare presentation or be involved with any sales gimmicks.
Some Certificates have Airfare and others do not. Read each offer
for details.
Our fulfilling travel agencies will usually offer your customer an
extension at the hotel, a rental car, and even the airfare. Your
customer is under no obligation to purchase anything from the travel
agency and they can use the certificate for exactly for what it is good

How
many
certificates can my customers redeem?
Your
customers can redeem each
certificate one (1) time within a 12 a month
period.
If they go on a cruise, for instance, they then can use any other
vacation offer but that same cruise.
This means they can use EACH Certificate ONCE during a twelve month
period
and then again after 12 months has elapsed.

you able to
