Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. California law requires certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond. This business has a trust account.
Refund Policy
We provide a 5 day wait refund policy. We may refund earlier if at all possible. We reserve this wait time for processing for unknown and unforeseen circumstances. If a refund is requested within 30 days of your payment date we will issue you a refund.
Certificate Selling Restrictions
The sale of travel related certificates is highly regulated in most states across the country. You can be fined large amounts or money and/or be sued by a consumer.
There are certain Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and State Regulation rules to abide by.
Of these rules the following are the most important.
1. Truth in advertising regulation: You must be truthful in ALL advertising. Some others in the past have advertised "FREE VACATIONS". This will get you in serious trouble and you can be sued by a consumer. Never use "free vacation" in speaking to or advertising to the public. You CAN use "FREE VACATION CERTIFICATE" or "GREAT VACATION OFFER" as an example.
2. The Travel Trade is government regulated and "Vacation Give Away Certificates" fall under government jurisdiction.
Under regulations it is against their policies and rules to sell the Vacation Give Away Certificates to the "End User".
(End User) ::: is defined as "the person or persons using and actually redeeming the Certificate".
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SELL ANY CERTIFICATE TO AN END USER !
FINES CAN EXCEED $5000 PER INSTANCE !

3. Any
Entity, (You) or any Business, CANNOT charge or receive a fee for any
Certificate given out. They MUST be totally free.(End User) ::: is defined as "the person or persons using and actually redeeming the Certificate".

4. Non-Profit and Fund Raising Organizations such as Churches, Youth Groups, Schools, Little Leagues, Girl Scouts and etc., ARE EXEMPT from the State Regulations.
THEY ARE NOT EXEMPT FROM THE TRUTH IN ADVERTISING FTC regulations, but they CAN SELL AT ANY PRICE for their organization's fund raising effort to the "End User". All Organizations MUST BE CLASSIFIED as NON-Profit !
Vacation Explosion strictly prohibits the selling of the certificates on all public auction sites, such as ebay.com, amazon.com, craigslist.com or any other similar sites. If you are found to be selling certificates on a public auction site, your account will be closed immediately and the certificates will become invalid.
Member Commissions For "Local Home Franchise Business" (signup sales createdby you).
Member commissions for sales are issued by PayPal to your PayPal account or a Check every month that your (Non-refunded) Qualified Sales Earned Commission exceeds $60.00 (Sixty Dollars). We keep this reserve for a new Member to protect our business from "uninvested Members".
(An "uninvested Member") :::: is defined as having less than three (3) registered Sales less than two (2) months consecutively paid, ie; Meaning that their customers have paid twice and not requested a refund.
(A "Qualified Sale") :::: is defined as a sale which has completed the 30 Day holding period stipulated by our Guarantee Policy. If your commission is less than $60.00 for a particular month, it will continue to accrue and you will be paid once it exceeds ($60.00). Once the Member has three (3) paying Customers whom have paid twice, then we wil pay all monies as earned from the previous month.
We prefer PayPal as our Payment System. Any Check issued will be assessed a handling and processing fee of $5.00 per event.
Closure of Account
Vacation Explosion reserves the right to close a Member account at any time, without notice to the Member, if the terms and conditions are violated, and/or if the certificate holders are given false information about the certificate offer by the Member.
We do this by allowing a vote thru email by your customers. Do not lie or misrepresent to your customers. You may close your account at any time.

Vacation Explosion makes no warranty of any kind regarding our website and the content, data, materials, information products and services provided on our website. All of the content contained within are considered "As Is" and should be verified by all parties.
Limitations of Liability
This web site is for your personal and non-commercial use in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement, and as a condition of your use you warrant and represent to Vacation Explosion that you will not use this web site for any illegal purpose or for any purpose that is prohibited by the terms and conditions of this agreement. To the extent permitted by law, the services and information on this website are provided "AS IS," and without warranty, and all warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, are hereby disclaimed, and you hereby waive all such warranties.

Exclusive Venue

Vacation Explosion reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue, change, modify, or amend any of these terms, conditions, notices and certificate programs relating to or offered by this web site. The terms and conditions listed on each certificate are subject to change without notice. The certificate holder (End User) is responsible for the terms and conditions as they apply on the date of redemption. If a certificate is redeemed for an offer that is no longer available, then the certificate will be honored by providing a similar or alternative offer. No refunds will be provided for any certificate program that is modified or discontinued.
Each Member utilizing the certificates is responsible for maintaining and delivering accurate, current information relating to all certificate programs. Each Member acknowledges and agrees that it will use and distribute certificates that are subject to modification or discontinuation, without prior notice, at any time. Each Member hereby waives any and all claims against Vacation Explosion in the event any certificate is modified or discontinued, and hereby indemnifies and holds Vacation Explosion harmless against any and all claims of certificate holders. Each Member also hereby waives any and all claims against Vacation Explosion for any marketing and advertising costs invested in the event any certificate is modified or discontinued.
